Daniel started his career at Ecom Access in 2004 as a member of the affiliate marketing department where he managed a variety of poker, casino, dating and retail affiliate programs before moving on to manage the affiliate team and eventually take on the COO position which he currently holds.

Years before discovering affiliate marketing, Daniel had a number of odd jobs as a kid, including mowing lawns, painting homes and one exciting morning as a paper boy. In his teens and early 20's, he ran a call center doing sales and customer service.

In his free time Daniel enjoys relaxing by playing cards with his friends, watching TV, and fixing things around the house. Daniel's favorite foods are all options of the fast food variety, but when pressed he selected Chinese food. When asked to recall a moment in history he witnessed, Daniel recalls the night he recently spent in NYC when Times Square erupted into a big frenzy of excitement on the night of US President Obama's election.

Le (aka Ling Ling), was born in the glorious 80's by the Atlantic Ocean and raised by Buddhists. Le holds a degree from the Dawson Institute of Photography and her published images can be found in Canadian, US and European music and fashion magazines.

Le is also an avid seafood lover, loyal to the East coast but prefer the West coast weather. Her more recent ambitions are to run a marathon on the East Coast and to learn how to drive a car on the West coast. The former advice columnist was once actually run-over by a mid-sized family sedan, but managed to pick herself up and walk away. Being in the middle of Times Square to witness the win of President-Elect Barack Obama ranks as most memorable after the time Le singed off her eyebrows in a gas BBQ cookout gone wrong at the tender age 16.

Maranda was born in Montreal, but as a child, she spent a little over 10 years in a small mining town known as Elliot Lake, the former Uranium capital of the world.

Though she can't stand winter weather, Maranda loves Christmas time for the gatherings with family and friends, and the food. Before becoming an affiliate manager, Maranda held several jobs, including her first job, which was working at a McDonalds while she was still in high school. Maranda's favorite colors are Brown and Pink, and her favorite foods are Caribbean and Asian. As a long term goal, Maranda would like to write the Great Canadian Novel.

Kunal grew up in Montreal, which he loved. He thinks the city has the best nightlife, restaurants and hockey, although he could do without the cold winters! Thought he has lived in India & New York, he considers Montreal his home.

If you want to know about bath and beauty products, Julia is the person to ask. She worked for five years at The Body Shop in Thunder Bay and Montreal. She has also spent time working in retail for La Senza and as a hotel bartender.

Her favorite holiday is St. Patrick's Day, where she can be found touring the Irish Pubs of Montreal after the parade. One thing you might not know about Julia is that she used to have a lot of piercings, but has since removed most of them. However if you have met Julia, you will know that she is tall, but there's no need to tell her. She knows!

As a Houstonian it's no surprise that Melanie is a fan of Mexican food. Growing up near NASA, her family was very involved with the space program and she had many childhood friends whose parents were astronauts. Apart from Montreal and Houston, she has lived in England, Los Angeles and Venezuela.

Her favorite holiday is American Thanksgiving, when she enjoys watching football and eating the US delicacy of Turducken (a turkey stuffed with a duck, stuffed with a chicken, stuffed with sausage meat).

Random Facts: Devon is not just a pretty face.

Devon was born and raised in Montreal, an experience he describes as "pretty good, but cold." As a teenager, Devon took to rolling up the bottoms of his really baggy sweatpants and cocking his hat to the side just to be cool. Devon's first job was working in a pet shop. Since then he has worked as a graphic artist, a beta tester, a product reviewer, and finally as an IT consultant.

He's always dreamed of owning a hover board, straight out of Back to the Future, and hopes they're invented before he's too old to use one. Growing up, Devon never thought he'd go to university, so he's most proud to have completed his Bachelor's degree and subsequent Graduate Diploma in Management and E-Commerce.
