By using Microsoft’s Silverlight technology, Bing has been able to create a sleek, time-saving way of comparison shopping and searching. Technology in general has emphasized the visual appeal (see iphone), so this development certainly makes sense from a consumer’s point of view. The integration of the visual aspect to search results creates a powerful combo that is sure to attract many users to the search engine.
